Sr Khaidzir Abdul Rasip

Based on the management company’s vision and mission, Sr. Khaidzir, a Malaysian, leads the executive leadership team in setting the direction and strategies to achieve ISIT long term business goals.

A graduate from the University of South Wales, UK, he is a practicing Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia (BOVAEP) as well as a Chartered Property Surveyor and an International Certified Valuation Specialist with over 30 years of experience covering the private, public and corporate sectors in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

A Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK, he serves the profession as RISM Councillor and Divisional and Branch Committee, RICS Registered Assessor and in the Expert Panel of the National Property Research Coordinator (NAPREC) in the field of Real Estate Development & Finance. He is also a member of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS) and Business Valuers Association Malaysia (BVAM).

He started his professional training in 1986 with Messrs Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks, a big four property consultancy firm in the City of London and upon graduation with the London Borough Council of Southwark.

Upon returning to Malaysia in 1990, he joined reputable property consultancy firms and gained further experience in the areas of valuation, research and consultancy, estate agency and property management. Between 1993 and 2009, he worked with conglomerates namely; Johor Corporation, Sime Darby, Golden Hope, UEM and Lembaga Tabung Haji primarily involved in the whole spectrum of property development; responsible for strategic & development planning, business development, marketing & sales, branding & customer relations, and, asset management and investment.

In 2009, he joined Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) assigned to the Social Development, Flagship Development, Economics & Investment, Strategic Communications and Urban Observatory divisions with a key role as the subject matter expert in real estate for this burgeoning economic region known as Iskandar Malaysia.

He is a regular speaker at local and international conferences (such as in Singapore, Bangkok and Seoul) on topics related to real estate, smart city and urban development.

Backed with over 30 years’ working experience, he brings with him a wealth of wide and extensive experience to provide ISI clients with niche and innovative approach in professional real estate services as well as business valuation, be it locally or abroad.

Ts Mohd Izharudin Amanudin

Ts Mohd Izharudin has over 20 years of experience in consultations, technical reports, security assessment, security audit inspectorate, system design, and project management in physical protective security management since 2000. He has attended Critical National Infrastructure/Key Point Security Management Malaysia course at Protective Security Training Centre organized by the Chief Government Security Officer (CGSO), Federal Government Office Malaysia.

A very well versed & experienced person in physical security management, system requirement & government regulation in National Critical Infrastructure installations in Malaysia like airports, nuclear power plant, communication, chemicals, water, transport, port, defence, oil & gas & government facilities. Experience in collaborating with international technology companies.

He also involved in consulting & advisory roles on the Internet of Things (IoT) & Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in advance security system, implementation of Safe City concept & integrated security system projects for government agencies & private sector. Vast project handling and security consultation experiences locally and internationally.

He has been appointed by the Ministry of Home Affairs as one of the Technical Committees on the CCTV system in Malaysia for the Crime Prevention Program during NKRA 2010. He is also involved as Co-coordinator of the Technology Update Program and acts as a technical training instructor for Chief Government Security Office, Prime Minister’s Department. With his rapport and good connections, he is actively collaborating with Overseas Trade representatives from highly advanced countries all around the world on cutting-edge technologies in security technology since 2021.

A certified Professional Technologist registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and a registered professional member of ASIS International Singapore Chapter, the Asian Professional Security Association (APSA), as well as member of Security Professionals Association for SIRA (Security Industry Regulation Agency, United Arab Emirates) & member of World Institute for Nuclear Security (WINS). He is also a Certified Nuclear Security specialised Professional (CNSsP) by World Institute Nuclear Security.

He holds a Master of Protective Security Management from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Protective Security Management, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and an Electrical Engineering graduated from University Technology of Malaysia (UTM).

Ts Mohd Izharudin is currently the Managing Director for Ian Scott IntelTech Sdn Bhd.

Mohamad Sa'elal

Mohamad Bin Sa’elal, born in 1959 and had 40 years working experience both in private sector and Government Statutory Body. He served Iskandar Regional Development Authority, (IRDA) from 2010 to 2022 and held various portfolios including preparing various Development Blueprints for Iskandar Malaysia, Investment Facilitation and project implementation.

He was appointed the Federal Commissioner of IRDA in 2016. His primary role was to facilitate and monitor implementation of various Federal, State and Local Government policy matters relevant to development and investment in Iskandar Malaysia. He was involved in facilitating both foreign and domestic investment in Iskandar Malaysia valued more than RM 100 billion. During his tenure as the Head of Projects, he was responsible to plan and implement various infrastructure projects in Iskandar Malaysia valued more than RM 6 billion including the planning of the Malaysia – Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS).

Prior to joining IRDA, Mohamad spent more than 25 years in various positions with property development companies in Malaysia. His portfolios of projects include The Curve, Ikea Mutiara Damansara and University of Nottingham, Malaysia Campus in Selangor. He was also involved in several projects in Johor including Horizon Hills, Kota Iskandar and Puteri Harbor in Iskandar Puteri and Mutiara Rini.

Mohamad is a registered Master Trainer & Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK and member of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) panel of Adjudicators. Mohamad graduated from University of Teknology MARA with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1982.

Capt Rusli Bin Abd Rahman (Rtd) PCIP

Capt. Rusli Abd Rahman (rtd) has over 40 years of experience in the protective security management of the Government Assets and Critical Infrastructures Protection in Malaysia. He is a proficient consultant and trainer in protective security for the government and private sector especially in the Critical Infrastructure Protection and has been trained by MI5 Counter Intelligence Security Service in London, Cranfield University in Counter Terrorism Crisis Management, IAEA in Physical Protection of Nuclear Facilities, JICA and ICAO on Aviation Security Management.

He was the Deputy Director General of Chief Government Security Office, Prime Minister Department (Policy & Operations) responsible for the management and consultation to the Federal and all States Government which includes Critical Infrastructures & Protected Areas Protected Places, Inspectorate, Trainings, Management, Official Secrets & ICT, Security Vetting, Physical Equipment & Technical Assessment and Putrajaya Government Complexes before retiring from the government in 2020.

As the government protective security consultant he represented Malaysia to participate and speak at international level among others in London, Geneva, Paris, Montreal, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Yokohama, Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore, Bali, Daejeon, Islamabad etc.

He was also a member of the Malaysia Court House Security Committee for Best Practices on Counterterrorism and was selected to lead a team from Malaysia to study and produce a Standard Operating Procedure for Malaysia Court Houses Security to the Central District of California with the assistance of The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT) and The Embassy of The United States in Malaysia. Consultations and collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Joint Terrorism Task Force (FBI/JTTF).

Being a subject matter expert in Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) for the Government of Malaysia through the National Critical Infrastructure Central Committee & CIP Inspectorate Team while serving as the Director of Critical Infrastructure & PAPP Division, he is well versed in the management of CIP and Protected Areas & Protected Places (Act 298) of all sectors in Malaysia especially in O&G, Electricity, Telecommunication, Financial, Transportation which includes aviation, ports and border control etc.

He holds a Master of Protective Security Management, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Post Graduate Diploma in Protective Security Management, (IIUM). Diploma in Security Management, Security Industry Training Organization, United Kingdom (SITO). Professional in Critical Infrastructure Protection, Critical Infrastructure Institute, Ottawa, Canada (CII), Military and Strategic Studies, Royal Military College, Certified Trainer on Physical Protection of Nuclear Material and Nuclear Facilities (IAEA, Geneva & Korea Institute.

Lt Col Asmuni Yusof (Retired)

Lt Col Asmuni Yusof (Retired) has established himself to be international renowned name in information security since 1995. Lt. Col. Asmuni addressing cyber threats in the World Continuity Congress 2011, Malaysia. Previously was the Head of Security Assurance Department at CyberSecurity Malaysia.

Lt. Col. Asmuni served the Malaysian Armed Forces for 30 years prior to joining Cybersecurity Malaysia and has been extensively involved in communication and information security, including cryptography management.

Lt. Col. Asmuni has also been actively playing major roles in his practice, having taken up membership in Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) – UK Chapter, The Malaysian Society for Cryptology Research as Vice President, Information Security Professional Association as committee Member and recently been appointed as one of Board of Directors for Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

In 2010, he was an honouree at the fourth annual Asia-Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievements (ISLA) Program, Senior Information Security Professional Category, in recognition for his extensive contribution to the industry.

Dr Ramlah binti Hussein

Dr. Ramlah Hussein is a research associate, author and consultant in the area of Computing and Information Technology. Her research skills and interests cover an interdisciplinary area including internet privacy, information and computer security, e-government, online learning, social media and other related areas. She had served as an associate professor at both the public and private institutions in Malaysia and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

From 1999 to 2010, she was a senior lecturer and an assistant professor at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). At IIUM, Dr. Ramlah has served as the Head of the Information Systems Department, Deputy Dean of Postgraduate Studies at the Kulliyyah of ICT, Deputy Director of the Centre of IT Advancement IIUM. In 2011, she was employed by Sunway University Malaysia as an associate professor at the Faculty of Computing. Later she joined the Prince Sultan University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2013 as an associate professor at the College of Business. In 2017, she was employed at the King Abdul Aziz University in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology as an associate professor. In 2019 to 2022, she served the Asia e University as an academic fellow and an Adjunct Professor at the School of Science and Technology.

Dr. Ramlah received her Bsc. Degree in Systems Science from the University of West Florida, USA in 1985, a Master degree in Technology Management from University Technology Malaysia in 1997 and a Ph.D in Management Information Systems in 2005 from the University Putra Malaysia. She is also a certified ISO 27001 (ISMS) Lead Auditor.

Mohd Hafiz Bin Hassan

With over 30 years of Operations & Management experience in a large organizations such as Banking & Financial Services, Entertainment & Media, and the automotive industry.

Hafiz began his career with UK-based HSBC Bank (M) Berhad in 1991 to 2000 as a retail and private banking professional. He joined Maesat Broadcast Network System Sdn Bhd or ASTRO in 2000 as Subscriber Management Consultant and left to pursue a better prospect with Naza Group of Companies a national conglomerate in 2001 and has held various senior management roles until 2022 for over 21 years of services. His last position held was as the Head of Company Naza Kia Malaysia Sdn Bhd the sole distributor of Kia brand vehicles in Malaysia.

Among his skills were Operations Management, Process Improvement, Change Management, Communication, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management, ISO 9001, Negotiations, Total Quality Management (TQM), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), Training, Business Development, Business Analysis, Budget Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Strategy, Consulting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He is an operation professional with expertise in managing various projects across multiple stakeholders and organizational boundaries. With leadership experience in portfolio management with proven ability to enhance operations, drive process improvement, reduce risks, and increase efficiency.

With his multi-faceted roles in Naza Group of Companies, he was involved in many large-scale projects such as ISO9001 certification, the establishment of Naza Kia Training Academy, SAP 360 CRM System, Sales & After Sales Services, Facilities Management & Network Development, Customer Satisfaction Qualitative Survey, Business Restructuring, JV business with international companies such as Hafei China, Peugeot France, Ducati Italy, and KIA Korea. In 2016 he was assigned as the General Director of Ducati Vietnam based in Ho Chi Minh as part of the company restructuring exercise and successfully securing the distributorship license extension from Ducati Italy.

Hafiz holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA) and a Diploma in Business Management from the Columbus International University Illinois USA and an Executive Diploma in Automotive Management from The Society of Business Practitioners (SBP) Chesire UK. He is also a Certified International Professional Trainer (CIPT) recognized by International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) UK since 2011.

Raja Baharuddin Bin Anom

With over 30 years’ experience in IT industry.

Graduated with a Master’s degree in System Analysis/Business, U. of West Florida, USA with more 15 years industry experience with 25 years university teaching experience in areas of information system, software development and IT project management. Research achievement includes more than a RM100,000 RU grant, managing project worth RM19.7 million project with the Royal Malaysian NAVY, IT Planning and implementation and Asset and Maintenance Management System in 1997-2012.

Develop a “Vessel Tracking Management System” specification requirements for a Port Authority in the state of Johor (2011), Malaysia. Able to coordinate and projects IT projects from planning to implementation and execution of planned projects. He has also participated in a technological research study under MIGHT for the planning and development a kenaf industry of the East Cost region (ECER). Have both the management skills, teaching methods skills knowledge skills in many business applications system that includes integrated logistics systems, ERP systems like SAP, ORACLE, Asset and Maintenance Management System, and Security Systems.

Formerly received the Asian Development Bank Scholarship Award – High Performance and Parallel Computing – Cray Supercomputers, Eagan Minnesota USA. His global experience includes collaboration with a Naval Ship Building Company, Bath Iron Works, USA, AMPS of Australia in the area of Computerized Maintenance and Management System. He has formerly taught as a senior lecturer at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. until 2015 before retiring and venture into consulting.

Ir. Kintan Hassan

Ir. Kintan Hassan had more than 29 years working experience since 1991 in Electrical Engineering Consultancy. Graduated in 1986 and started her career in Tenaga Nasional Bhd as graduate trainee Engineer. Her training involved the supervision of routine maintenance of substations, service main installation at the housing areas and power breakdown fault identification.

In 1988, she joined the manufacturing sector as the plant engineer. She joined the Consulting Engineers, Minconsult Sdn Bhd in 1991 as an Electrical Engineer and has made Electrical Engineering Consultancy as her career ever since. She had numerous experiences in all range of development which include Hospital, Airports, Hotels, Shopping Complexes, Universities, Mixed Housing Developments, Multi storey Offices, and Training Academies.

She has also worked at T & T Associates, Jurutera CMP Sdn Bhd, Elmec Consultant, J&A Associates & KBZ Engineering.

She had a diverse range of experiences in various types of contract administration, e.g. Conventional tender, Turnkey, Design & Build, Engineering, Procurement & Construction Contract (EPCC), projects development and was involved in the conceptual design development, testing, commissioning, and handing over to the client.Her areas of specialization are in Electrical Distribution System, Telecommunication Distribution System and Information and Computer Technology System and also Protective Security Management.

Ir. Kintan Hassan is a registered Professional Engineer, Board of Engineers Malaysia. She graduated from BSc. in Electrical Engineering, University of Hartford, Connecticut, USA.

Ir. Kushairi bin Badiuzaman

Ir. Kushairi has over 25 years of professional experience in engineering consultancies, project management and lecturing since 1995. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC) from Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM), corporate member of Institute of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) and Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM).

Graduated in Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) (Mechanical) from University Malaya, he started his consultancy career at Jurutera CMP Sdn Bhd, a leading M&E consulting engineers and involved first hand in the design development, project management and contract implementation for conventional, Design & Build and EPCC projects. Among the prestigious projects include the School of Engineering, UiTM Engineering Faculty complex, UiTM Shah Alam and District Cooling Plant with TES (1st. Phase) in Cyberjaya Flagship zone.

Ir. Kushairi joined Putrajaya Holdings, a master developer in Putrajaya as Project Manager overseeing the housing township in Precinct 10. He was also involved in the implementation of prestigious national icon project, Putrajaya Convention Center in Precinct 5.

In between his busy schedule, he has managed to further his study and completed his Masters in Integrated Construction Management at UiTM in 2007. He has also some lecturing experience at CityU university, teaching final year mechanical engineering students in 2021-2022.

His area of specializations are in township District Cooling system projects in Cyberjaya and Kota Iskandar Johor. His other expertise include the mechanical & electrical design for hospitals, mixed development and highrise projects.
